Quote functionality for both commercial and residential orders is now available on the AppraisalWorks platform under the order dashboard.
We know appraisal quote functionality can be complex and that lenders often have a variety of different requirements, so we built our quoting functionality with that in mind. We’ve simplified the presentation of workflows and ensured all the necessary tools are provided to get the job done – making a complex process effortless to implement, customize, and manage.
Intuitive and Easy-to-Use
Our new quote feature is built on the standard AppraisalWorks framework using intuitive pages, automated workflows, and simple functions loaded with customizable logic. Lenders can:
- Specify Quoting Period
- Generate Engagement Letters
- Monitor Status of Quote Submissions
- Review Proposals from each Provider
This latest enhancement also allows for messaging to providers and automated alerts for key milestones in the quoting process, making it truly collaborative and easy-to-use.
Providers benefit as well – our new quoting functionality breaks orders out into a separate queue, with new pages to guide them through the quote submission and tracking process.
Functionality Built with Simplicity in Mind
Highly Customizable
No two processes are identical, so we incorporated our patented business rule logic, event driven workflows, and dynamic templates into our new quote functionality. Lenders can customize by:
- Add and Edit Key Milestone Events
- Set Event Business Rules and Pre-Determined Metrics for next steps
- Personalize Outgoing Communications such as alerts or quote offer emails to providers
All of these components are readily available without additional development and can be implemented by our account consultants.
Permanent Audit History
All decision-making and actions performed on quote orders are logged on the AppraisalWorks platform to ensure compliance and auditability. This feature allows lenders to document:
- Why a provider was included in a quote request
- The reason the selected provider was chosen for an assignment
- Who made these decisions on the order
Once the order is assigned and fees are adjusted, we store all of this information, available for review at any time.
